These terms and conditions ("Product Terms and Conditions") apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer; via the directtoyourfrontdoor Online Store (the "Website") please read them carefully before placing your order and prints a copy for your future reference. Returns Policy

Return Undamaged Products:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its *original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Directtoyourfrontdoor, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.

Please email sales@directtoyourfrontdoor.co.uk with your order/shipment number, and which items you wish to return, to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please state a reason for your return.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect:

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. Directtoyourfrontdoor will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

We may require pictures of all damages to goods and the packaging.

Payment Terms

Prices:

Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are expressed exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit.
The prices indicated apply only to on-line purchases and are not indicative of the price of identical goods purchased by any other means.

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. Directtoyourfrontdoor will try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit [or debit] cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained by directtoyourfrontdoor.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by directtoyourfrontdoor.

All goods will be dispatched with in 4 working days from receipts of cleared funds. Unless otherwise notified.
Please be aware that at busy times of the year e.g. Christmas and New Year, delivery may take up to 14 days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please email sales@directtoyourfrontdoor.co.uk quoting your order number*

However generally:

Royal Mail (1st and 2nd class) - please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
Standard Parcel, Parcel force – between 3 and 5 working days between 8am and 6pm (signature required) for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday

Exceptions to above:

Drop Shipment in which case an expected delivery date will be quoted on line.

Your delivery cost is calculated based on the price and delivery address.

Special rates apply for large items and items that ship directly from the manufacturer.
Our delivery charges are based on what our couriers charge and we will always choose the cheapest option for the customer.

Shipping Weight Ranges (grams)

There is a 35% shipping discount on all multi-purchases.

Bank Holidays:

In the event that an order is placed for delivery after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, this delivery would then be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday. If a delivery order was placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Easter Bank Holiday, this order would be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday.

Where a delivery charge applies to such items, the charge will be stated clearly in the product text and at the checkout stage of the buying process.

All items are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately and either: give you the option of receiving alternative goods of similar price and quality; or cancel the item from your order and refund you in full. If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses. A member of directtoyourfrontdoor will contact the customer to make alternative delivery arrangements. Re-delivery will be attempted for a maximum of two occasions. If a parcel is still undelivered it will be returned to directtoyourfrontdoor and the customer will be notified of its return. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.

At directtoyourfrontdoor we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns policy set out above.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. directtoyourfrontdoor will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.
