Terms of Rental
1. This rental is intended for customers who do not wish to delay their cpap therapy & looking in getting started with cpap. We will specifically choose a cpap machine / cpap machine + mask for you.
CPAP Mask is optional as you may decide to purchase them instead of renting.
2. Payments are strictly per month, full or partial, paid in advance. When you have finished using the device, payments will continue to be due and taken until the machine is back in possession of CPAP Solutions Ltd *(Sleeptight trading name). There is no refund or adjustment for returns part-way through a month.
3. The cpap machine + cpap mask and other accessories remains the property of CPAP Solutions Ltd at all times and must be treated with utmost care. It must be used only as intended and instructed.
4. Devices/CPAP Mask/ Accessories not returned or returned damaged or incomplete will be subject to a fee of up to 100% of their retail value.
5. If your choice of mask is unsuitable for you, you will need to purchase an alternative in this scenario. For most, the complimentary mask will be ideal.
6. The rental term has a minimum period of one month with no fixed end date; it ends on the return of the device or when both parties agreed to purchase.
7. The monthly fee covers the device rental only. Should additional or replacement items be required, such as filters, masks, etc, these need to be purchased separately as required.
8. Should payments stop and the device not be returned or purchased- CPAP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to charge any one-off charges you owe us directly to your authorized Go Cardless direct debit which you have provided us with details of, e.g. when you paid any one-off or upfront charges, and by accepting the terms of this contract, you authorise us to do so. We may also engage debt recovery specialists to recover any amounts.

Whether you rent or buy form SLEEP-TIGHT, we will remain available 24/7 during your CPAP experience.
Our CPAP trained representatives will ensure your immediate and long term needs are met through education and acclimation.
With the correct education at the start of your CPAP therapy and providing regular follow-up during your treatment, will help not only help you adhere to your therapy, but ultimately lead to a better long term outcome.
